Future Ready SEND was created to help young people with SEND prepare for meaningful, supported and independent adult lives.
A different approach
Too often, SEND support focuses only on immediate educational needs without fully considering what happens beyond school or college.
Future Ready SEND was established to help close that gap by focusing on long-term outcomes and meaningful preparation for adulthood.
With extensive experience across frontline SEND delivery, quality assurance and strategic leadership, we understand the challenges faced by families as well as the pressures within education and Local Authority systems. Our approach combines practical support with honest guidance to help create achievable and positive outcomes for young people.
We also work with employers to support more inclusive workplaces, helping bridge the gap between education, employment and adult life opportunities for young people with SEND.

To ensure disabled and neurodivergent young people are genuinely Future Ready – supported to move from school to further and higher education and into adulthood, independent living and employment through lawful, inclusive and high-quality SEND practices.
